Public Offer

1. General provisions
This document is a public offer by NOKI (the "Provider") to render cleaning services to individuals and businesses (the "Client"). Submitting a request on the site constitutes the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider offers cleaning services for apartments, houses, offices, and commercial spaces (regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, office service) and add-on services (window washing, appliance cleaning, upholstery dry cleaning, etc.) as listed on the site.
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed through the site calculator or by phone. The amount shown in the calculator is an estimate based on the city, property size, service type, and selected add-ons. The Provider confirms the exact arrival time and final price by phone after receiving the request.
4. Price and payment
- The final price may differ from the estimate once the property details are clarified (condition of the space, pets present, special requests, etc.).
- For certain jobs, the Provider may request a 10% prepayment of the estimated order value.
- The remaining amount is paid after the work is completed and accepted by the Client, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes to perform the work to a high standard, at the agreed time, using products safe for the home. The Client undertakes to provide access to the property at the agreed time and to disclose any specifics of the property (delicate surfaces, pets, allergies, etc.) that may affect the work.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule an order by notifying the Provider in advance by phone. If a prepayment has already been made and the cancellation is caused by the Client less than 24 hours before the agreed time, the prepayment may be non-refundable — the exact terms are clarified by the manager when confirming the request.
7. Liability of the parties
The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this agreement in accordance with the applicable law of Ukraine.
